Wonderful park and campground but don't come here if the heart of Myrtle beach atmosphere is what you're looking for. This is a very serene place with no commercial entertainment. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 is because due to trees in the way it made getting through the campground difficult. A "few" trees need to be cut to keep RVs from being damaged when maneuvering through the campground and into sites. I watched one camper scrape the side of his trailer on a tree in front of our site while he was leaving the campground. The bathrooms were as most beach bathrooms, a lot of sand in the floors but other than that clean.
We have stayed at this park twice since it opened last year and have reservations again next month. It is a very neat, well kept park. Close to attractions, yet quiet. The sites are paved and level. This is our favorite park in the Pigeon Forge area.
